Purchase details.
Your purchase
Relo costs €25 and Relo Plus costs €35 as one-time lifetime plans. Access is for one device and the selected tier. Plus includes early updates when available and private Discord channels; early builds may be experimental. There are no automatic renewals.
How ordering works
Creating an order on this site does not charge you. Arrange payment directly with the Relo team in the official server, confirm the amount and payment details there, and keep your receipt. Account access is activated after payment confirmation. Device activation keys and Discord roles are handled by the team. One free completed HWID reset is included per account. Request it in your dashboard with the new PC’s device code and a reason for the change. Review and replacement can take up to 24 hours. If it takes longer, open a ticket in the official Discord and include your request reference. Your free reset is used only after the replacement is delivered. Further device changes require support.
Refunds and replacements
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. We may provide a replacement when a genuine purchase or activation problem is supported by sufficient proof. Contact the team in a private Discord ticket with your order reference, receipt, and relevant screenshots or logs. Replacement requests are reviewed individually; this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Supported setup
Relo currently supports Windows x64 and Minecraft Java 1.21.11 with the documented Fabric setup. Minecraft is not included. The injector can use your website Discord account through a short browser confirmation. Existing local accounts remain supported.
Server rules and account penalties
You are responsible for following the rules of each server and service you use. Using Relo may lead to a ban, suspension, or other account penalty. We do not control server moderation and do not accept responsibility for penalties resulting from your use of Relo, to the extent permitted by applicable law. No claim of undetectability or protection from bans is made. This does not limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Using Relo
Follow the rules of your servers and applicable services. No promise of compatibility with every server, recording program, or third-party mod is made. Do not share your activation key or use another person’s account. Relo is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
