Your Discord identity
When you sign in, Relo stores your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar reference. We request the identify permission, not your email, password, messages, or server history. Discord authorization tokens are used to retrieve your profile and are not retained for login.
Your account and orders
We store order references, selected plans, amounts, order dates, and confirmed account access. Essential cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days; a short-lived cookie protects the Discord sign-in flow. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers to this site.
Licenses and device changes
When you link a signed key, we store your injector username, activation key, key hash, device-code digest, and relevant issue dates. Device reset requests store the new device digest, your written reason, request status, and completion details. Your reason is available to the authorized owner for review. Avoid including sensitive credentials or payment details. Raw hardware identifiers are not collected by the website. Your key is visible in your signed-in dashboard, to authorized fulfillment staff, and to an injector you explicitly connect on the matching PC. Connection codes expire in five minutes. We store hashes of injector sign-in tokens, the device digest, connection dates, and expiry. Injector sign-in lasts up to thirty days. The injector can remember its own sign-in using Windows user-bound encryption. Disconnect injector sessions in your dashboard. Temporary hashed identifiers limit sign-in, key checks, orders, device-change requests, and injector connections. Limits expire automatically; raw IP addresses are not stored in these counters.
Hosting and support
This site uses Cloudflare-backed hosting and storage through Sites. Those services process requests needed to deliver the site. Discord processes your interactions with our community under its own policies. Payments arranged outside the site are handled by the provider you agree with our team.
Your choices
Sign out to end the current session. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact the Relo team in our official Discord. Records needed to resolve a payment or support request may need to be kept while that request is active.
